This means BASG has no liability and access rights on Rollesby Broad from 16th June 2023.

Dear Eilish and Sarah
We have reached a conclusion on whether we can continue with the management and ownership of the platforms on Rollesby Broad.
The attached letter lays out the reasons for us terminating the agreement.
We have approached NDPC, on whether they would consider taking ownership of the platforms, but they considered it not feasible.
Can you please confirm that the partnership is aware of this and that as an asset our liabilities will be removed by 16th June 2023.
