As I have announced back in Febuary we have now completely discharged all the liabilities controlled by BASG and the actions agreed at the General meeting held on the 13th Dec 2023 to disolve the company..

The Wensum Riverfly Volunteers have transferred to a new CIC the Wensum Communnity Organisation. This is taken on consultative membership with the AT to provide insurance and therefore liability cover for their work undertaking kick sampling in the river.
The Directors will notify Companies House to dissolve BASG in the coming weeks.
