Anglers can today celebrate winning the first round in their battle to save an important bream spawning site in the Norfolk Broads.
The Claimants seek to bring a challenge by way of judicial review against the decision of the First Defendant (“the EA”), to grant a flood risk activity permit (“FRAP”) to the Second Defendant (“NE”) on 23 July 2020.
